The following application must be completed for the Youth Exchange Application process:
- Youth Exchange Long-Term Application ( PDF - 1049KB ) It can be filled out online and printed from your computer. Unfortunately, it cannot be saved, but it should only take about 10 or 15 minutes to fill out.
