September 12, 2009
Inbound Student, Host Family, Club Officer Orientation (1/2 day).
October 24-25, 2009 (Sat. & Sun.)
Halloween Weekend for inbound students. Host Club: St. Croix Falls/Taylors Falls.
November 14, 2009 (tentative) ~ for District 5960 Inbound Students
District 5960 Foundation Event ~ Silent Auction.
December 5, 2009
Country Fair ~ Roseville Area Middle School - Inbound students promote the Youth Exchange Program at Outbound Interview Session. Students are to wear their national costume or Rotary blazer and be prepared to promote their home country. (No overnight.)

January or February 2010
Inbound Orientation Session (1/2 day) for all January arrivals and all of their host parents and host club exchange officers. Exact date, time, and location to be determined.
February 20-21, 2010
Inbound students assist with Outbound Orientation session at Roseville Area Middle School; preliminary preparation for District Conferences; overnight in Northfield, MN ~ "Brazilian Adventure!"
April 8-10, 2010
District 5960 Conference. All District 5960 inbounds participate. Exact date(s) of participation to be determined. Attendance of students hosted in District 5960 is required.
May 13-15, 2010
District 5950 Conference. All District 5950 inbounds participate. Exact date(s) of participation to be determined. Attendance of students hosted in District 5950 is required.
June 19-20, 2010
A Valleyfair Adventure and overnight for our inbound students. Hosted by the Rotary Club of Shakopee.
June 27-July 13, 2010 (Sunday-Tuesday)
Summer Eastern States Rotary Trip for inbound students.
