Listed below are important events and activities for inbound students.

September 8, 2007

* Inbound Student, Host Family, Club Officer Orientation (1/2 day). Detailed information here. Be sure to check the agenda and room assignments. Country Officers should review the Inbound Orientation Checklist.

October 27-28, 2007 (Sat. & Sun.)

* Halloween Weekend for inbound students. Host Club: St. Croix Falls/Taylors Falls.

November 17 , 2007

* District 5960 Foundation Event. Lake Elmo Banquet Center, Lake Elmo, MN 5960. Inbound Students host Silent Auction. Detailed information here.

District 5950 International Night. Location to be determined. 5950 Students host Silent Auction.

December 1-2, 2007

* Country Fair at District Interviews & Overnight - Inbound students promote the Youth Exchange Program at Outbound Interview Session at the Roseville Area Middle School. Students are to wear their national costume or Rotary blazer and be prepared to promote their home country. Overnight includes special activities as planned by the Northfield Rotary Club.

January or February 2008

* Inbound Orientation Session (1/2 day) for all January arrivals and all of their host parents and host club exchange officers. Exact date, time, and location to be determined.

March 8, 2008

* Inbound students assist with Outbound Orientation session at Roseville Area Middle School; preliminary preparation for District Conference (no overnight).

April 24-26, 2008

* Joint Districts 5950 & 5960 Conference at Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center, Alexandria, MN. All inbounds participate. Youth Exchange Program will be Sunday, April 27, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon.

June 21-22, 2008

* A Valleyfair Adventure and overnight for our inbound students.  Hosted by the Rotary Club of Shakopee.

June 27-July 14, 2008 (Friday-Monday)

* Summer Eastern States Rotary Trip for inbound students.
